Hi, I’m Taylor—a functional dietitian passionate about helping people live longer and feel better doing it. My focus is on increasing healthspan—the years you spend living with vitality, resilience, and good health.
I began my career in long-term care, where I saw how profoundly chronic conditions can impact quality of life—and how many of them might have been preventable with earlier support. That experience sparked my passion for preventative care and shaped the foundation of how I practice today. I’ve always believed that the building blocks of wellness lie in the basics—how we eat, sleep, move, and care for ourselves.
That belief deepened in 2023, when I developed long COVID. Like many longhaulers, I faced a confusing mix of symptoms, unclear answers, and the overwhelming experience of feeling like no one had a solution. Life as I knew it came to a halt—my daily routine, my ability to exercise, and the fundamental feeling of safety that comes with good health were all taken from me.
Suddenly being unable to exercise was one of the most challenging realities of my new normal. Movement had always been a central part of my life—I enjoyed hiking, trapeze, yoga, Qigong, roller skating, and spending long summer days in the garden.
Throughout my chronic illness journey I had to become my own advocate. With persistence, curiosity, and the lens of functional nutrition, I slowly found my way back—rebuilding my health and learning how to take control of my chronic condition.
That experience changed my perspective on health and reshaped the way I practice.
I know what it’s like to feel dismissed or overwhelmed, and how much it means to have someone in your corner. Now, I show up for my clients in that same way—especially those navigating chronic conditions or looking to make sustainable changes to protect their health for the long haul. Whether you’re in the thick of symptoms or focused on prevention, my goal is to guide, support, and help you connect the dots.
I approach care like a collaborative partnership—offering both the clinical insight of a provider and the day-to-day support of a health coach. Through my practice, I blend personalized nutrition with a deep focus on nervous system regulation, joyful movement, sleep and circadian rhythms, and reducing environmental stressors.
If you’re looking for a root-cause approach grounded in science and guided by lived experience, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your energy, and build a foundation for longevity.
